What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards and Internet bank transfers. A 50% deposit will be required to confirm your booking. The remainder is payable upon arrival.
Do you have en-suite bathrooms?
Yes, all our rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, except one single room which has a separate bathroom down the hall.
Will my room have a bath as well as a shower?
All bathrooms except for two come with both a bath and a shower. If you would like to be in a room with a bath, please mention this when you make your booking.
Will my room have a refrigerator?
Our rooms do not yet have refrigerators, but will soon have.
Do you have self-catering units?
No.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, a full English breakfast is served between 7:00 and 9:00 every morning.

Do you offer transport to and from Bloemfontein Airport?
Yes, guests with confirmed bookings can be collected from Bloemfontein Airport provided that this was arranged with De Akker at least 24 hours before arrival. The same applies when dropping guests off at Bloemfontein airport.
At what time can we book in?
You may book in between 14:00 and 23:00. You may also book in at a time outside this window provided that arrangements were made with De Akker at least 24 hours in advance.
